The Secret to Miley Cyrus’ Toned Abs

Her performance the American Music Awards left many people wondering what the digital cat was for but there is one thing Miley Cyrus should be really proud of: HER TONED ABS.

During her performance, she wore a cat-print two-piece leotard that left nothing to one's imagination. She wore high-cut bottoms which revealed her toned abs.

The secret to the "Wrecking Ball" singer's toned stomach is working out. She teamed up with famed Pilates instructor Mari Winsor to keep her body in good shape.

"When we work out we don't just do a couple of moves," Winsor told the Daily Mail. "It's at least a half an hour of working out."

"You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can," she added. "Just doing 40 crunches a day isn't gonna do it for you."

The fitness guru revealed that Cyrus even installed a studio in her home for her workouts. The secret to her hot body is Pilates.

"When she first came to me we worked together every single day for eight months straight," Winsor said. "She wanted to change her body for her new music career. She doesn't do the lazy stretchy Pilates, she does the real deal!"

She also told People magazine: "I gave her those legs. She's always going to have those long gorgeous legs. We just toned and firmed in all the right places."

So, if you want abs like hers then do her regimen which is 30 minutes of crunches every day.
