Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are expecting their first child. How does Olivia Wilde manage to stay in shape?

Just last week, Wilde was spotted in a Soul Cycle tee. However, biking is not how she's staying in shape these days. The star has been attending private Pilates classes.

"Pilates is great for building core strength even as the belly gets bigger and bigger," Harmony Studios' owner Karen Schwalbe-Jones told E! News. "Using the Pilates reformer allows for a very personalized work out allowing us to modify Olivia's session each time she comes in."

She was also seen heading to her classes on Friday, Dec. 6. The expectant star was wearing a green hoodie under a black motorcycle jacket, capri leggings and flip-flops.

"Each time she comes in we work on something different. Using the Pilates reformer allows for a very personalised workout allowing us to modify Olivia's session each time she comes in," Schwalbe-Jones, Wilde's trainer added.

The couple announced their baby news only in October so it is still a long wait for the two of them. The two also announced their engagement in January.

Meanwhile, the two are busy with their careers. Wilde and Sudeikis are reportedly starring as lovers in the comedy Relanxious.

The actress will also be seen in Her, which comes out on December 18. She will also appear in Black Dog, Red Dog with James Franco.
