Waka Flocka Flame's Brother KayO Redd Found Dead, Suicide Suspected

Waka Flocka Flame lost his brother, rapper KayO Redd, over the weekend, and it is being reported that the up and coming rapper may have taken his own life.

According to reports, Redd was found dead of a bullet wound in his Atlanta neighborhood over the weekend and although there were conflicting reports about a possibly murder, it has since been said that police are leaning towards ruling the death a suicide.

"Foul play is NOT suspected in the death of Kayo Redd -- younger brother of rapper Waka Flocka Flame," law enforcement informed TMZ on Monday. "Redd died over the weekend ... and so far the cause of death has not been determined ... but our sources tell us it does not appear to be a homicide.  There are unconfirmed reports Redd may have taken his own life."

Hours later, the site updated the report, telling readers, "Police investigating Kayo's death tell TMZ all evidence now points to suicide -- a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Henry County P.D. says the body of Kayo -- aka Caodes Scott -- was discovered last night in the Georgia subdivision where he lived. The autopsy will be conducted later today."

Just hours before he died, Redd took to Twitter where he encouraged his followers to purchase his latest mix tape release, Redd Kisses. "Make Sure You Go Vote & Download My Latest Mixtape Redd Kisses," he had written.

Following the reported suicide, Redd's mother surfaced on Twitter where she posted a heartbreaking tweet which read, "I just lost another son."
