Teresa Giudice's Husband Spotted With Mystery Woman

Teresa Giudice's husband has been accused of cheating in the past on a few different occassions and now, just months before they are due in court to face 41 counts of fraud, Joe Giudice has once again seemingly been caught red-handed with another woman.

According to a new report, Joe was spotted having dinner at La Havana 59 restaurant with a mystery brunette last Friday night -- and an eyewitness claims the dinner was much more than platonic.

"Joe sat across from the woman, who was very attractive, probably in her 30s, had long brown hair and was dressed very nicely in knee-high stiletto boots and she was carrying what looked like an expensive purse," a diner at the restaurant told Radar Online. "After people started noticing him and taking pictures he actually moved to sit next to her so that his back was to most of the restaurant."

Througout the dinner, Joe was reportedly "leaning in" to his companion and didn't seem to be interested in anything but her. "They didn't have any papers on the table, they didn't have a briefcase or anything and they were just laughing with each other the whole time," the source added.

One month prior, Joe was caught in another questionable situation with a woman at Legends Diner in Secaucus.

"It was DEFINITELY not Teresa," an eyewitness told Radar at that time. "She was completely disguising herself with a hat and huge sunglasses that she wouldn't take off inside. They were sitting over coffee and occasionally Joe would reach over and touch her hand while talking. They were there for a while."
