Kendra Wilkinson Is "Worried" About Weight Gain During Second Pregnancy

Kendra Wilkinson is currently pregnant with her second child and after struggling to lose the reported 60 pounds she gained while pregnant with her first son, the former Girls Next Door star is determined to maintain a healthy weight with baby #2.

"I'm already worried!" Kendra recently admitted to In Touch Weekly of her weight gain. "This pregnancy is extremely different already. I'm already showing at three months and I'm gaining a lot of weight faster, so I have to take control."

Luckily for Kendra, her lack of fatty food cravings are working in her favor. Although many soon-to-be moms can't get enough chocolate and sweets, Kendra is craving healthier choices such as salads. In addition to that, Kendra is keeping her body moving in order to avoid adding any unnecessary pounds.

"I'm already getting these thick love handles I never got the first time around, so I'm doing what it takes," she explained. "I'm more active." 

Following her first pregnacy, Kendra told press she was "shocked" when her body didn't instantly bounce back, but looking back, she knows she didn't make the best choices.

"My pregnancy was a free for all," Kendra said. "I had no boundaries. I just ate, ate, ate. I just said, 'This is my time, these are my nine months, I can just have fun, how big can I really get?' Sixty pounds! I gained 60 pounds! I looked in the mirror and I said, 'I'm fat,' I blew up like a blowfish."

This time around, Kendra says she's in control.

"I got it by the balls! I have full control now," the 28-year-old told Us Weekly of her pregnancy in November. "First time around I'm like, 'I'm a skinny person, I'm going to get back right away.' Oh no. I learned a lot from my first one. I'm working out everyday; doing anything I can to control this this time around."
