Camille Grammer can now rest easy. After an alleged beating at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, Dimitiri Charalambopoulos, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been granted a restraining order, keeping him away from both her and her children for the next three years.

"Camille Grammer is safe from her ex-boyfriend for the next 3 years -- after he allegedly bruised and battered her during a blowout fight last year -- because TMZ has learned, she just won a permanent restraining order against him," the site reported.

Camille won a temporary restraining order against her former beau back in October after he reportedly attacked her in a Houston hotel room where she was recovering from a radical hysterectomy. According to court documents, Dimitri allegedly attacked Camille, "grabbing her by the hair, pulling her head into the bed and its headboard, and yanking out clumps of her hair in the process."

Following the incident, Camille won a temporary restraining order against Dimitri, and now, the temporary restraining order has been extended for three years, barring Dimitri from having any contact with Camille and her two kids, Mason and Jude, until January 2017.

The judge also ordered Dimitri to turn in any guns he may have. TMZ revealed, "The restraining order bars him from owning, having, possessing, buying or even trying to buy any firearms or ammunition while the order is in force."

In November, just one month after the attack, Camille appeared on The Dr. Oz Show were she spoke about the abuse and gave an update on how she was feeling.

"Oh, it was just terrible 'cause, you know, right after any kind of procedure you want to be surrounded by love and you need good healing vibes and positive energy around you," she said. "Somebody's there to take care of you and love you and - and I was physically abused and assaulted by this person and it was very traumatizing. But now, I'm working with a therapist and I'm going to be okay. I'm doing well."
