Kim Zolciak gave birth to a set of twins in late November, bringing her kid count up to a whopping six kids, so it's safe to say she has her hands full. Unfortunately, despite having many kids to care for, four under the age of three, Kim was recently sidelined with the flu -- and it landed her in the hospital.

"Been sick as hell for 2 days!!" Kim wrote on Instagram on Thursday afternoon. "Thankful for the best docs ever. #fluseason." Along with the post, Kim shared a photo of herself in the hospital, hooked up to an IV.

Luckily, Kim has since began feeling much better and shared the good news with fans earlier today, saying, "I feel so much better today! Amazing what some IV fluids can do for you! Thx you guys for the well wishes u r the BEST tweet hearts!"

Earlier this month, Kim made headlines after revealing that there was a possibility she could return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. “Now that I’m done having babies, I can’t say that I wouldn’t go back," she told the magazine, adding that "for the most part," she "enjoyed my time on the show.”

Also during the interview, Kim confirmed that she and NeNe Leakes are still on good terms following a years long feud, and that she wouldn't be all that thrilled to be placed back on set with some of her former co-stars. “NeNe and I are cool, and Cynthia [Bailey] is sweet, but the rest of the women are useless!” she said.

After leaving the show midway through season 5, Kim and Kandi Burruss engaged in a legal battle in which Kandi claimed Kim still owed her money from her work on Kim's single, "Don't Be Tardy." Once they went to court, the judge sided with Kim, but Kandi is still pursuing the case, insisting that Kim has a due balance.
