As if Tori Spelling hasn't had enough to deal with lately , considering her husband's recent cheating scandal, the 90210 star is now being faced with even more hardship. Less than two months after Dean McDermott allegedly engaged in an affair, Tori and Dean have been served with a notice to "pay or quit" on their Los Angeles home.

According to Radar Online, the eviction notice went up on Tori and Dean's property on Jan. 6 and says that "pursuit to the residential lease agreement dated March 28, 2013... there is now due, unpaid, delinquent rent in the amount of $7,750."

Luckily for Tori and their family, they aren't currently living in the home in question. Instead, they are residing in a home nearby, which they moved into on Dec. 15.

At the time Tori and Dean first vacated the property, there were questions raised as to why. Not only were the couple in the middle of their lease, they were also taking on an even pricier home (going from a $7,750 place to one which costs them $10,500 per month). Another odd factor in the move was the fact that Tori and Dean left their SUV unlocked, and with their possessions inside, in front of the home where it remained for three weeks until after the eviction notice was posted.

In a second report by TMZ, Tori's lawyer claims the notice was just a 'clerical error' and that the $7,750 has been paid through January. The lawyer also claims that Tori and Dean hadn't been getting along with the landlord, telling TMZ he "was a nightmare and failed to repair numerous items which caused them to move before the lease was up."
