Performing at the Grammy Awards is a workout in itself, but for Madonna, staying on top of her fitness is a priority. So, less than 24 hours after her Grammy collaboration with Mackelmore, Madonna attended a spin class at Cycle House LA.

“She went for a bike in the far corner, so she was secluded,” a fellow gym-goer tells Life & Style. “Two brunette females, who seemed to be her trainers, followed and rode bikes next to her on each side. They helped her prep for the class.”

Ahead of the afternoon class, Madonna discovered that her shoes were a bit too snug, but with the help of her trainers, who immediately scurried off to get her a new pair, Madonna was able to continue with the class as normal.

After the trainers secured her shoes onto the pedals, Madonna, who was wearing black spandex capri pants, a matching short sleeve shirt and cycling gloves, began class.

“She warmed up and was completely focused on her workout as soon as it started,” the onlooker tells the mag. “She non-stop cycled throughout the entire class at her own pace. Even at 55, she had just as much energy as any of the younger people! She did everything the teacher urged the class to do — and even continued to use [hand weights] after everyone put them away."

Once the class ended and everyone stopped cycling, Madonna and her trainers made their way out of the fitness studio, doing their pest to avoid any photographers on the scene.

“As soon as her trainers came back to let her know the coast was clear, she ran out as fast as she could!” the onlooker added.

According to E! News, Madonna also hit up Cycle House LA on Saturday, before attending the Grammys. During her first visit, Madonna was joined by daughter Lourdes.
