Tamra Barney has taken to Twitter to express her grievances with her ex-husband Simon.

As their custody battle rages on, the Real Housewives of Orange County star recently posted a message on Facebook, slamming Simon for allegedly turning their 15-year-old daughter, Sidney, against her.

“While the vengeful parents may think their child can suffice with them alone, the social science research is clear that children develop best and enjoy a healthier psycho-socio outcome as adults when they have secure relationships to both parents,” Tamra wrote, according to an April 18 report by Radar Online.

Since reports of Simon's request for full custody hit the web earlier this month, the pair have been going back and forth in the press, Simon with his claims against Tamra's parenting in his documents, and Tamra with her digs at Simon for reportedly leaking the information to press.

Also getting in on the action is the pair's daughter, Sidney, who chose to move out of Tamra's home and in with her father last year. After news broke and Tamra denied Simon's claims, Sindey took to Twitter where she demanded her mother "stop lying about everything" and denied that her father was only filing for custody because he needed the money, as Tamra's new husband, Eddie Judge, had claimed. In another comment, Sidney assured fans her father was a "great dad."

In her Facebook post, Tamra also added, “Children who are taught to cut themselves off from a parent are at greater risk of using similar strategies for managing their own adult intimate relationships and thus are at greater risk of failed adult relationships too.”

Currently, Tamra and Simon are awaiting a court date where they will go head-to-head in their accusations against one another.
