Tamra Barney and her ex-husband, Simon Barney, are reportedly heading to court.

A month after Simon's shocking court documents hit the web, claiming Tamra was a negligent parent, the pair have been ordered to attend mediation in hopes at settling their ongoing custody battle.

“The Court orders both parties to be personally present to attend a mandatory mediation regarding any disputed custody/and or visitation issues," read new court documents, obtained by Radar Online on May 5. "You are ordered to meet with a court mediator on June 10, 2014 at 9:45 am…Parents are advised are not to be present for the mediation session unless ordered by the Court or requested by the Court mediator.”

In mid-April, just before the premiere of the ninth season of Tamra's Bravo series, The Real Housewives of Orange County, documents hit the web, which claimed Tamra had been failing to provide her three kids with nutritious meals and hygienic care. The documents also alleged that Tamra had refused to take her son Spencer to the hospital after he suffered a broken finger.

According to the latest documents, a representative for Tamra revealed that she does not want to pay Simon's legal fees, explaining that doing so would be “excessive.”

Following the former couple's mediation hearing, a second hearing has been scheduled. On June 25, the judge assigned to the Barney custody case will rule on Simon’s request for Tamra to pay his attorney’s fees, and set a trial date for their case -- unless they are able to work something out during the June 10 mediation.
