Farrah Abraham Reportedly Fired From 'Teen Mom' 2014 Project: Sex Tape Star Cut Out Of Negotiations

Teen Mom may be returning, but according to a new report, fans won't be seeing anymore of Farrah Abraham.

Ever since Amber Portwood was released from prison in Nov. 2013, rumors have been running wild, claiming that Portwood and the rest of the Teen Mom cast would soon return for a fifth season. However, a show insider claims Abraham will not be a part of the series.

"[MTV] willingly cut Farrah" from the ongoing negotiations, mainly because the other three cast members refused to appear on the series if she was brought back. "MTV agreed," the insider explained to Us Weekly. "They feel she set a bad example and doesn't represent the network well."

After airing Being Maci, a catch-up special featuring Teen Mom star Maci Bookout, in Aug. 2013, MTV went on to air three more specials, which gave fans a look at the lives of Portwood, Abraham, and Catelynn Lowell in early 2014. The specials did extremely well and right away, MTV began to consider bringing the series for another season. Unfortunately, Bookout, Lowell and Portwood weren't on board with the idea -- unless MTV agreed to give Abraham the boot.

"They don't want their kids on a show where someone's talking about sex toys," a source told Us Weekly at the time.

Following her stint on Teen Mom, Abraham went on to star in a celebrity sex tape, which sent her on an adult tour around the country and led to the recent creation of her own line of sex toys. She's also working on a new trilogy, titled Celebrity Sex Tape: In The Making.

"Truthfully, I was never friends with any of them," Abraham told Us Weekly in April of her cast mate's reported snub. "Personally, I like to keep my life separate. We came in the project separate, and I think it's best we keep our lives separate."
