Britney Spears' father is reportedly petitioning for more money to continue on as the singer's conservator.

In new court documents, Jamie Spears is requesting 1.5-percent of gross revenues from Britney's performances and merchandise sales associated with her residency at Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas.

“Petitions seek further additional compensation to Mr. Spears from Atara Tours, Inc. for the services Mr. Spears has been and will be performing in various roles and capacities for Ms. Spears’ performances at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas from 2013-2015 entitled 'Piece of Me' and related activities, which services are over and above the services he performs as Conservator of the Person and Co-Conservator of the Estate,” the documents, obtained by In Touch Weekly, read.

Jamie has been working as Britney's conservator since Jan. 2008 when the pop star and mother of two was hospitalized after refusing to turn over her kids to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. After police arrived to her house and suspected that she was under the influence of drugs, Spears was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The next day, her visitation rights were suspended, and she was put on 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold.

Weeks later, Spears was hospitalized for a second time, and shortly after, the court placed her under the temporary conservatorship of her father James Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet, giving them complete control of her assets. In Oct. 2008, the conservatorship was made permanent.

According to the documents, Jamie already receives a $16,000 monthly allowance from Britney, as well as an addition $2,000 to pay for the rent on an office space where he manages Britney's funds and carries out the other duties required of him.
