Teresa Giudice is so sure she won't receive jail time at her fraud sentencing next month that she's scheduled to attend a party just days later.

Although the Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband, Joe, are due in court on July 8, where they will address their recent guilty pleas, Teresa is planning to attend her show's premiere party on July 13.

“Teresa’s arrogance is shocking,” a source close to the reality star and mother of four told Radar Online. “She seems so confident that she is not going to be locked up on July 8! I guarantee she feels like she is probably going to get off.”

In March 2014, Teresa and her husband plead guilty to fraud and on July 8, they will receive their sentencing. While the pair were previously facing up to 50 years behind bars, they are currently facing a total of six years, a possible four for Joe and an additional two for Teresa.

“It’s been amazing that she can keep up the appearances this long,” the source continued. “Teresa has been hoping that she will get off totally or will only get house arrest and it seems like she’s trying to convince everyone that is what is happening.”

Last week, Teresa took to Twitter where she seemingly forgot about her upcoming trial, telling fans that she -- and her wine -- would be in attendance at the premiere party for the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Right away, fans began weighing in, asking Teresa if the party was in prison and wondering if it would have a jailbird theme.

In addition to their possible jail time, Joe, who is not a U.S. citizen, is also facing deportation.
