Portia De Rossi reportedly went to rehab earlier this year.

Although details surrounding the alleged visit are unclear, a new report claims De Rossi, actress and wife of Ellen Degeneres, entered rehab in Malibu, Calif. in early May.

"Portia entered the Passages Malibu rehab facility in early May for a 30-day treatment," a source revealed to In Touch Weekly on July 1.

In 2010, De Rossi opened up about her struggles with anorexia during an interview with Oprah Winfrey. At the time, De Rossi admitted to starving herself to lose weight, and claimed to have dropped to a mere 82 pounds before seeking help for the eating disorder in 2000. At one point during her struggle, De Rossi was surviving on just 300 calories per day and taking up to 20 laxatives.

Also during her interview with Winfrey, De Rossi promoted her memoir, Unbearable Lightness: A Story of Loss and Gain, in which she discussed her battle with anorexia and revealed how her wife, Degeneres, helped her learn to love herself.

"Ellen has taught me not to care about other people's opinions," De Rossi wrote in the book. "Ellen saw a glimpse of my inner being from underneath the flesh and bone, reached in and pulled me out."

While there have been rumors circulating that De Rossi and Degeneres may have hit a rocky point in their marriage, Degeneres recently set the record straight, explaining, “I love her so much it kills me. The truth is, and this is corny, I fall more in love with Portia all the time. I really do."

In Touch Weekly's source added that Degeneres visited De Rossi every weekend "to provide support" while she was in rehab.
