Chelsea Houska is reportedly going to court in hopes of stripping Adam Lind's rights to their 4-year-old daughter, Aubree.

In a new interview, the Teen Mom 2 star revealed that Lind recently violated his visitation agreement with their daughter, and now, she's planning to take him to court.

"I am documenting everything to make my case," Houska told Life & Style on July 3.

Houska and Lind welcomed daughter Aubree on Sept. 7, 2009, as the cameras rolled for 16 & Pregnant. A short time later, Houska was selected to appear with Lind on the spinoff, Teen Mom 2. Since then, fans have watched as Houska and Lind parted ways and attempted to co-parent their daughter. Unfortunately, it hasn't always gone well, and Lind's constant legal troubles haven't made it any easier.

In the last few years, Lind has been charged with a number of DUIs and was recently involved in a fiery crash, which resulted in his being charged with reckless driving, driving with a revoked license, driving with a suspended license, driving an unlicensed vehicle and not having insurance.

As a result, Houska and Lind's custody agreement stated that he was to refrain from driving with Aubree in the car.

“It’s a strict rule that he can’t drive with her,” Houska explained to Life & Style. “But Aubree will come home and say, ‘Daddy was driving with me.’ It makes me so mad. He doesn’t deserve visitation with our daughter if he keeps breaking the rules!”
