Jenni "JWoww" Farley has revealed the final photo of her growing belly.

As the reality star and fiance of Roger Mathews awaits the birth of her first child, Farley has been chronicling her journey through pregnancy, and on Tuesday, she shared her last pre-baby post.

In a July 8 blog entry titled, "My last week," Farley shared a photo of her belly from the side, along with the caption, "… It better be!!! Can’t wait to meet my baby girl!!"

In May, Farley celebrated her first baby shower, which was attended by her former Jersey Shore co-stars, including Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi (with whom she currently stars on Snooki & JWoww), Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and Deena Nicole Cortese. Then, on Monday, Farley's longtime friend Polizzi surprised her with a second shower in New Jersey.

After announcing she was expecting in Dec. 2013, Farley hasn't had the easiest pregnancy. Just two weeks after her baby news, Farley took to her blog, where she spoke of a miscarriage scare.

"I went to the bathroom, I saw blood and panicked. So many thoughts were running through my head," Farley recalled in the Jan. 7, 2014 post. "I felt a loss like no other when I thought that I was no longer pregnant. I whispered it to Roger and for that whole ride we just stared straight ahead and didn't say a word."

Luckily, what Farley was dealing with at the time wasn't a miscarriage, but she wasn't completely out of the woods when it came to her pregnancy health.

In a second blog post, the reality star revealed she had been bedridden for the first couple of months of her pregnancy and compared her symptoms to a hangover.
