Jenni "JWoww" Farley and her fiance Roger Mathews welcomed a baby girl over the weekend.

On Sunday, July 13 at 12:49 p.m. ET., the former Jersey Shore star gave birth to her first child, whom she named Meilani Alexandra Mathews.

"Jenni and Roger are so excited to welcome the newest guidette Meilani Alexandra Mathews to the world weighing seven pounds and 13 ounces," a rep for Farley said in an statement to E! News. "Meilani and her parents are doing great and are happy and healthy. Meilani is already looking to trade her baby bottle for barbells."

Farley, who announced her pregnancy on Christmas Day 2013, hasn't had the easiest time since learning she was with child. After a miscarriage scare early on in the pregnancy, Farley dealt with what she referred to as hangover-like symptoms. Months later, her doctor banned her from having sex with Mathews because of her low-lying placenta.

Farley's baby also had an issue of her own. During a routine ultrasound, Farley's doctor discovered that her baby had a choroid plexus cyst on her brain. Naturally, Farley was distraught about the news, but luckily, the cyst did not do any damage and eventually went away on its own.

In response to Farley's baby news, MTV released a statement.

"We're fist pumping in celebration of Jenni 'JWoww' Farley and Roger Mathews' new baby girl Meilani Alexandra Mathews," the message read. "We're so excited for the new parents and to welcome the newest member to the MTV family."

Farley and Mathews will soon be seen on the fourth season of Snooki & JWoww, which is expected to return to MTV in the next few months.
