Leah Calvert begins taking medication on next week's episode of Teen Mom 2.

After feeling overwhelmed with the idea of taking on a job to support her daughter Ali and pay for her mounting medical bills, Calvert visited a doctor who prescribed her pills which made her feel "loopy."

“I’m about to start crying over here,” Calvert told her husband, Jeremy Calvert, in a sneak peek at the new episode, via Radar Online. “When I first take that medicine, I feel calm and I feel like I can do stuff. I took half of it this time instead of a full one and now I feel really messed up. Maybe it’s just me thinking about it too much.”

After hearing his wife's complaints, Jeremy suggested she call her doctor and explain to him how she was feeling, but because the doctor had previously told Calvert that the first few days would be an adjustment period, she decided to wait it out.

During a previous episode of the show, Calvert, along with her ex-husband, Corey Simms, was seen finding out that her daughter's insurance plan would not cover her wheelchair, which was worth an estimated $20,000. This issue, as well as Ali's other medical bills, was what led Calvert to seek help for her stress.

“I feel like I’m about to start crying because I feel like . . . I’m on drugs and I’ve never felt like that ever in my life,” Calvert continued. “I don’t like feeling like that. I feel like I’m slurring and I just feel really weird and I’m freaking out.”

Teen Mom 2 airs on Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. on MTV.
