Mackenzie Douthit is ripped just six months after welcoming her second child.

This week, the former Teen Mom 3 star took to Instagram where she shared a few photos, which showed off her muscular frame -- even after two kids.

"Mackenzie popped out her second child back in February, and made headlines thanks to the fact that she lost her baby weight in a mere matter of weeks," Wetpaint Entertainment reported on Aug. 1, along with the new photos of Douthit's bikini body.

After welcoming her first child (Gannon McKee) on MTV's 16 & Pregnant, Douthit and her now-husband, Josh McKee, went on to star in Teen Mom 3, where their relationship problems were put on full display. However, despite having a rough few months during filming, Douthit and McKee eventually got engaged and were married on Aug. 17, 2013.

During the couple's wedding, Douthit was pregnant and on Feb. 7, 2014, she gave birth to their second child, Jaxie McKee.

Following Jaxie's birth, Douthit got back to her active ways and within weeks, she was showing off her impressive figure. By May, the Teen Mom 3 star took to Instagram, where she debuted off a photo of her flat abs and revealed that her baby fat was completely gone.

According to Wetpaint, "[Douthit] works out 24/7 as a professional cheerleader (oh, and she does yoga), plus she eats a super-healthy diet of fruits and veggies thanks to the fact that she's diabetic."

Also on Instagram, Douthit shared a new photo of her son, Gannon, and daughter, Jaxie, sitting together on the beach. Along with the photo, Douthit wrote, "How in the world am I so blessed...."
