Ariana Grande and Big Sean have reportedly taken their working relationship to a more personal level.

After teaming up for Grande's single, "Problem," Grande and Big Sean kept in touch, and now, a source claims they have gotten romantic.

"They have been friends since they made the song together," a source told E! News on Aug. 11. "They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great."

Earlier this month, a photo of Grande and Big Sean surfaced online, in which the reported pair appeared to be holding hands as they left The Grove's movie theatre after catching a viewing of The Purge. There was also a photo of them leaving the theatre in the same vehicle.

According to E! News' source, Grande and Big Sean arrived to the movie when it was a quarter of the way through and were seen kissing one another as they watched.

On the same day the photos of Grande and Big Sean hit the web, news of Grande's breakup with boyfriend Jai Brooks was announced. Grande and Brooks dated from Aug. 2012 to July 2013 and then rekindled their relationship earlier this year, only to split over Brooks' failure to be there for Grande when her grandfather passed away.

Big Sean has been single since April, when he and Glee star Naya Rivera called off their engagement.

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," a rep for Big Sean said in a statement to E! News on April 9. "Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately."
