Kim Zolciak NeNe Leakes Feud 2014: Zolciak Claims She And Former BFF Are "In A Good Place"

Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes' feud is over.

When they joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Zolciak and Leakes were the best of friends, but after a falling out during season four, their relationship ended. Luckily, they have since reconciled and are now in a "good place."

"NeNe and I are cool now," the mother of six told Andy Cohen during an appearance on his late-night show, Watch What Happens Live, according to an Aug. 14 report by Us Weekly. "I was friends with her long before Housewives. I'm in a good place with her and that makes me feel better and happy."

Following their season four feud, Zolciak returned to season five, but only briefly. Midway through the season, the wife of Atlanta Falcons pro, Kroy Biermann, stormed off set and announced she would be leaving the series for good. At the time, Zolciak was pregnant and didn't feel the drama and stress was good for her health.

After the episode aired, Zolciak and Leakes engaged in a Twitter feud, during which Leakes alleged Zolciak had been fired from the series. Zolciak immediately denied claims, stating she chose to leave the series and move on to her own spinoff, Don't Be Tardy, which she did.

Despite the drama, Zolciak does miss the show at times.

"I do miss laughing and getting out of the house… I would do certain events," she said. However, it wasn't all fun and games.

"I don't really miss the drama," Zolciak added. "You're fighting with NeNe, you had to be in a specific room. You could cut the energy with a knife."
