Kristen Doute Fired: Stassi Schroeder Convinces Lisa Vanderpump To Cut Her From SUR

Kristen Doute has been axed from the staff at SUR Lounge.

Amid filming on the third season of Vanderpump Rules, Doute was reportedly fired by boss Lisa Vanderpump -- and it may have been her co-star Stassi Schroeder's doing.

“Lisa and Kristen have always butted heads, but recently Lisa confided in Stassi about their problems,” an insider revealed to In Touch Weekly on Aug. 15, adding that after hearing Schroeder's suggestion to let Doute go, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star decided to fire her.

Throughout Vanderpump Rules season two, Doute wasn't exactly Vanderpump's best employee. In fact, Doute was suspended during filming. Then, after Jax Taylor admitted to sleeping with her, many members of the staff turned on her. At the time of their hookup, Doute was in a relationship with Tom Sandoval and Taylor was dating Schroeder.

Ever since, Schroeder has been out to get Doute, who was previously one of her closest friends.

“Stassi finally got revenge, because Lisa listened!" the source explained. "She sealed Kristen’s fate.”

After filming wrapped on season two, Schroeder moved to New York City to be with her boyfriend, Patrick Meager, but returned after the show was renewed for a third season.

In addition to Doute's firing, fans will reportedly be seeing the recent wedding of Scheana Marie and Mike Shay. Although there has been no confirmation that the ceremony will be seen, both parties expressed their interest in sharing their big day with fans.

Vanderpump Rules season three premieres this fall on Bravo.
