Chelsea Houska is taking steps to ensure her daughter's safety.

As Houska's daughter's father, Adam Lind, sits in a jail cell, the Teen Mom 2 star has decided to have their current custody agreement "reevaluated" in hopes of creating a safer situation for Aubree.

“Adam has multiple court dates coming up and still has yet to get his sentencing over his most recent car accident charges,” a source told Radar Online on Aug. 18. “So any visitation is still supervised by his parents, and will be reevaluated once he gets his sentencing.”

On Aug. 10, Lind, who was found guilty of driving on a revoked driver's license, began serving a 10-day sentence at South Dakota’s Minnehaha County Corrections Center. At the time he turned himself in, Radar Online reported of his past legal issues.

Included on Lind's record are three DUIs, six speeding tickets and a handful of visits to the slammer, including a June 2014 stint behind bars for violating his enrollment in the 24/7 Program, which required him to undergo drug and alcohol testing once a day.

If Lind goes to prison for his pending charges, “Chelsea won’t be bringing Aubree to see him there,” the source said. “Chelsea is trying to protect her daughter. Chelsea is Aubree’s mother and of course is going to protect her.”

In May 2014, reports first surfaced of Houska's desire to limit Lind's visitation with Aubree. At that point, Houska's main concern was Lind's overnights with Aubree and his failure to follow their court-ordered agreement, which banned him from driving with the four-year-old.
