Jenelle Evans recently spoke about her son's custody case.

Since the Teen Mom 2 star's son, Jace, was born, her mother, Barbara Evans, has been the child's legal guardian, and according to Evans, they aren't heading to court to revise their custody situation any time soon.

In response to a rumor, claiming Jenelle was taking Barbara to court for custody of Jace, Jenelle explained, "My custody case isn't ever going back to court... So much u know. #KeepGuessing."

Although Barbara still has custody of Jace, Jenelle has been spending tons of time with her son and is now able to have him overnight. Years ago, as she struggled with addiction issues, Barbara chose to keep Jace away from Jenelle, but these days, after kicking her drug habit and having a second child, Jenelle has been deemed capable of caring for her son.
