Bethenny Frankel shared a bikini photo on Instagram on Wednesday and was immediately greeted by criticism.

In the photo, the former Real Housewives of New York City star and talk show host was seen posing in front of a yellow Ferrari with a pink bikini. However, it wasn't the car, or the bikini, that caught the attention of fans.

“You should probably eat! You look sick #WayToSkinnyGirl,” one follower wrote, via a Sept. 4 report by Radar Online. Another said, “Literally skin and bones," and a third wrote, "She is way too skinny...she look sick."

Since she first appeared on The Real Housewives of New York City, Frankel has been criticised for her thin frame, but according to Frankel, who has made a living of her Skinnygirl brand, she is, and has always been, healthy.

Following her pregnancy, Frankel addressed the weight criticism.

After being slammed for losing her baby weight too fast, Frankel explained she had stayed healthy before, during and after the pregnancy, which allowed her to quickly bounce back to her prior size.

This isn't the first time Frankel has been involved in a photo scandal.

In July, Frankel came under fire after sharing a photo of herself wearing the pajamas of her four-year-old daughter, Bryn Casey Hoppy. After sharing the photo, in which she was sporting a 2-piece Hello outfit, Frankel was accused of "putting out the wrong message to the world about body image."

In response to the backlash, Frankel shared a photo of herself in oversized men's clothing.
