Teresa and Joe Giudice just put their Franklin Lakes, N.J. home on the market.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Owe $13 Million in Bankruptcy Fraud Debt

Ahead of their upcoming sentencing, which was recently moved from Sept. 23 to Oct. 2, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have listed their mansion for a whopping $3.99 million.

According to TMZ, the home was valued for $1.2 million in 2012. This means the couple is trying to nearly quadruple the earnings on their home!

The Giudices bought the home in 2002 for $530,000 and massively reconstructed it. Originally 5,000 sq. ft., the new renovations doubled the property to around 10,000 sq. ft.

Six years later, as filming began on the first season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the Giudices and their four daughters moved into the home.

In case you live under a rock, the Giudices pleaded guilty to multiple counts of bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud in March of this year. During their Oct. 2 sentencing, Teresa will be facing a possible 21 to 27 months in prison and Joe is facing up to 46 months.

The couple currently owe their creditors $13.5 million, as per their latest stint in court, which completely eradicates any money they recovered from their fraudulent bankrupt period.

To put things in perspective, even after selling their home, the Giudices will still owe over $9.5 million in debt. It sounds like someone needs to pay more attention to their bank statements.
