On Wednesday afternoon, the Real Housewives of Orange County star was in court with Simon, when a fight broke out between herself and Simon's new girlfriend, Catushia Ienni.

According to a Sept. 11 report by Radar Online, Barney's husband, Eddie Judge, pretended to record Simon and his girlfriend. “How do you like it?” Barney asked Ienni, who reportedly filmed in secret her during her daughter's first day of school.

In an interview with Radar after court, Barney revealed Ienni was 20 years younger than her ex -- and that she is currently acting as a "live-in nanny" for the former couple's three children, Sophia, 8, Spencer, 13, and Sydney, 15.

Despite Barney's claim, Ienni inisted she never filmed her.

“I didn’t take video of you!” she shouted at Barney. “I don’t need a picture of your ugly f**king face!”

Barney and her ex-husband were in court to address recent accusations brought up by Simon, in which he claimed Barney was a negligent parent. Unfortunately, nothing was settled on Wednesday and all parties are expected back in court at a later date.

As for the reports regarding Barney's possible firing from The Real Housewives of Orange County, co-star Dr. Terry Dubrow told Rumorfix there was "no way" Bravo would cut her from its cast.

After leaving the show in 2011, Simon spoke to Dr. Drew about the dark side of reality TV. Check out his interview in the video below.
