Despite In Touch Weekly's report claiming otherwise, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, insists her client is not currently pregnant.

There "is NO truth to the rumor," Feldman confirmed to Us Weekly, adding the story was "false in every way. Teresa does not know if she is going to prison and would not have [a] baby, nor would anybody, under the circumstances described."

In the same magazine, it was reported that Teresa was facing more than two years behind bars, while Joe was facing four. However, according to Feldman, nothing has yet been decided when it comes to her client's sentencing.

"The Judge in the matter of Teresa and Joe Giudice will determine the appropriate sentence once she has read all of the paperwork submitted and heard all of the arguments," Feldman said. "Clearly that has not yet happened."

In a second report, a source stated Teresa will likely evade jail.

"She will probably get house arrest," a source told Us Weekly on Sept. 12, noting Teresa pled guilty to four charges of fraud in March of this year.

Teresa and Joe Giudice will appear in court for sentencing on Oct. 2. In addition to jail time, Joe is reportedly facing a possible deportation. If the judge sees fit, Joe will be sent back to Italy following his prison sentence.

Last year, Teresa appeared on The Wendy Williams Show, where she discussed the possibility of having more children with Joe.
