Days after Rose filed for divorce from rapper Khalifa after just one year of marriage, the couple are heading for a custody battle over their one-year-old son, Sebastian.

According to a Sept. 26 report by TMZ, Khalifa is being lenient. He is willing to agree on the prenup, which will favor Rose with spousal support, but he isn't willing to compromise when it comes to the custody and visitation of Sebastian.

Rose filed the divorce petition earlier this week, hoping to gain full custody of Sebastian, while granting Khalifa visitation rights. The rapper is fighting for joint custody. According to TMZ, in California, Khalifa has the advantage. There is a presumption that joint custody is in the best interest of the child, while asking for sole custody shows a "sign of vengeance," the site said.

According to documents obtained by TMZ on Sept. 24, Rose said the couple officially split on Monday. Rose's documents acknowledged a prenup, which would provide her up to $5,000 a month in spousal support.

Sources said the split is bitter.
