Following a video leak earlier this month, showing Ayers admitting to sleeping with a hooker and cheating frequently, the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her on-again, off-again boyfriend filed documents in hopes of getting the details of their vodka lawsuit sealed. Unfortunately, a judge declined Gunvalson's request.

Gunvalson and Ayers "requested on September 25 that a Nevada judge enter a protective order preventing 'confidential, propriety, or private information' from being exposed," Radar Online reported on Sept. 29. The couple aimed to protect “all items or information…that are produced or generated in disclosures or responses to discovery in this matter, including deposition testimony," according to their attorney.

Gunvalson and Ayers began their relationship after the Real Housewives of Orange County star divorced her husband Donn Gunvalson. However, the couple has experienced several ups and downs throughout their time together.

One of those ups and downs happened last month, when video hit the web of Ayers telling a business partner he had cheating tendencies and engaged in sexual activities with at least two prostitutes, one named "Maya," and the other named "Jewel."

After his behavior was exposed, Gunvalson reportedly told Ayers, "Lose my number. I never want to talk to you again.” However, in the months since the video was shot, the pair have gotten back together.

At last month's Real Housewives of Orange County reunion, Gunvalson and Ayers were seen talking about the possibility of moving in together.
