One year after the child star entered treatment for psychological issues, Bynes found herself back behind bars. According to reports, Bynes was under the influence of a stimulant at the time of her arrest.

"Bynes was pulled over at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning," Us Weekly reported of the arrest on Sept. 29. "After she failed a field sobriety test, she was taken to the LAPD Van Nuys station, where she was given an evaluation. Police 'determined she was under the influence of a drug' and charged her with DUI."

Drake Bell Talks About Amanda Bynes' Post-Rehab Health

Following an odd incident in July 2013, during which Bynes allegedly lit a neighbor's driveway on fire after trespassing at an elderly community, she was taken to the hospital on a 5150 hold. In the months that followed, Bynes continued to receive treatment.

In Dec. 2013, Bynes was released from a Malibu facility and began living with her parents. She also started school at Orange County's Fashion Institute of Design and Merchendizing.

Now, according to TMZ, Bynes' lifestyle has drastically changed.

"Things started going haywire" after Bynes' parents' conservatorship ended earlier this month, TMZ's source claimed, adding that after Bynes moved out of her parents home and got her own apartment, she allegedly began smoking weed.

Bynes' latest arrest could prove problematic for the star as she is currently on probation for a reckless driving conviction from Feb. 2013.

There's been no confirmation regarding which stimulant drug Bynes was on at the time of her arrest.
