According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Orange County star hasn't seen her 15-year-old daughter, Sidney, since February, and when she does spend time with her, it makes Sidney sick to her stomach -- literally.

“Sidney was facing difficulties in public and in school because of [Tamra’s] public portrayal on the Real Housewives of Orane County, which ultimately led to ridicule by her friends and parents at school,” Simon claimed in court documents obtained by Radar Online on Oct. 9, adding that Sidney suffers from stomach pains when in communication with her mother.

Tamra Barney Fights Back Against Claims She Is A Negligent Parent

In documents filed by Simon earlier this year, it was alleged his and Tamra's three children suffered from health and hygenie issues because of her "neglect." It was also claimed that Tamra had failed to get the children to school on time and left the children with others during her time with them.

In the latest documents, Simon said Tamra had seen Sidney just four times since last October, with the most recent visit sometime in February.

“Since Sidney has lived with me full-time, she has been much happier, she has had less anxiety, and she seems to be adapting positively to the change,” he claimed. “Sidney has shown great progress in school both socially and academically. She is much happier, and I have noticed a significant difference in Sidney’s growth and mood.”

In other Tamra Barney news, the reality star recently hinted at the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, seemingly dismissing claims that she's been replaced by Vanessa Bryant via re-tweet.
