Following a successful day in court, during which a judge ruled their was not enough evidence to accuse her of child neglect, the Real Housewives of Orange County star is claiming “custody should be taken away from” Simon because of an act she calls “a form of child abuse."

Earlier this year, Simon filed for full custody of his and Tamra's three childre, Sidney, Spencer, 14, and Sophia, 8. At the time, the former reality star claimed Tamra had been neglectful, failing to properly bathe the children and keep up with their health needs. Tamra immediately denied all claims and after the judge on their case failed to gather enough evidence to prove Simon's claim, his request was denied in regard to Spencer and Sophia. However, the custody of Sidney remains up in the air.

“He knows I’m a good mom — I pay for everything from clothes, braces, doctor appointments, sports — he does nothing, I’m the sole provider for my kids," Barney told Radar. "It’s time for Simon to get on with his life and stay out of mine.”
