Earlier this year, Simon filed for full custody of his and Tamra's three childre, Sidney, Spencer, 14, and Sophia, 8. At the time, the former reality star claimed Tamra had been neglectful, failing to properly bathe the children and keep up with their health needs. Tamra immediately denied all claims and after the judge on their case failed to gather enough evidence to prove Simon's claim, his request was denied in regard to Spencer and Sophia.
