Emmy Rossum could be the latest celebrity involved in the infamous photo hackings.

The allegedly stolen picture began circulating sites like Reddit and 4chan this weekend, but has not yet been confirmed.

The images are not nude photos, but regardless, they show a woman in underwear, clearly a private moment not made to be distributed to the public, according to an Oct. 11 report by Gossip Cop.

The Celebrity Nude Photo Hacking's Most Prominent Victims

It is important to note that Rossum's name is not on the apparent "master list" of hacking targets. Earlier in September, a list was posted of over 100 celebrities -- mostly female -- who have been hacked. Countless nude or semi-nude photos have surfaced online, and now, many celebrities are taking legal action.

Victims of the hackings are threatening to sue Google for $100 million, Gossip Cop said. The search engine site did not remove the images, and reportedly made a profit from allowing them to remain live.

Powerhouse celebrity attorney Marty Singer got involved, and sent a heated letter to the Google execs demanding the corporation remove the images. He slammed Google for its, "despicable, reprehensible conduct in not only failing to act expeditiously and responsibly to remove the photos, but in knowingly accommodating, facilitating and perpetuating the unlawful conduct."

"Google is making million and profiting from the victimization of women," with, "blatantly unethical behavior," he continued.

Several top celebrities have been affected by the hackings, including Jennifer Lawrence, Kim Kardashian and Gabrielle Union.
