Teresa and Joe Giudice's anniversary dinner reportedly didn't go as planned.

Teresa And Joe Giudice Have An "Icy Distance" Between Them

Over the weekend, the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple celebrated their 15-year wedding anniversary with a dinner date, and while they looked happy in a photo posted to Instagram, a source claimed Joe took his drinking too far.

“Joe thought it was ridiculous to go out, and Teresa wouldn’t stop nagging him about it,” an insider revealed to Radar Online on October 28. “He had completely forgotten about the anniversary, and could not have cared less about it.”

Teresa and Joe have a lot on their plate. On Oct. 2, the couple was sentenced for fraud. Teresa received a 15-month sentence and Joe received a 41-month sentece.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, which was taped days after their sentencing, Teresa and Joe remained united. Although Teresa did express concern about Joe's capability to step up as both mother and father to their four girls, she didn't appear to have any bitterness or resentment towards him.

At their anniversary dinner, that was reportedly not the case.

“There was no exchange of gifts between them, and once they arrived at the restaurant, Joe began drinking heavily,” the source continued. “Teresa kept rolling her eyes and posting the photo on social media was of course her idea. She wants the world to think their marriage is rock solid.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season six airs every Sunday night at 8 p.m.
