Beverly Hills 90210 alum Tori Spelling is said to be hitting rock bottom these days as she coped with her cheating husband and a health issue.

On Monday, November 24, Spelling appeared with her husband Dean McDermott in The Dr. Oz Show, where they talked about the couple's marriage after McDermott was caught in a cheating scandal. McDermott's lack of self-esteem may well be the reason for this betrayal.

"That's what he said and I believe that," Spelling explained to Dr. Mehmet Oz. "I don't feel it's my fault."

McDermott was said to be thinking of ending his life when news of the initial scandal broke off last winter, "You know, I thought it would make everything a lot easier if I just wasn't here," he admitted. "This horrible, horrible person who did these horrible, horrible things doesn't deserve to take another breath, that if I just... If I took myself out, then the world would be a better place. That, okay, great, that sort of wart on the ass of society is gone. That's how I was feeling about myself."

The 48 year old actor had somehow took his case as an example for those who is struggling with the same issue, explaining, "but we also wanted to help others, you know?" McDermott, 48, mused. "I have clinical depression and I want people to know that there's help out there. You're not alone and that's what I've learned through this whole process is I'm not alone with the alcoholism and the drugs and the depression. You can get help."

Spelling confirmed that both of them are working hard to save their marriage and mentioned, "It'll take time."

On the other hand, Spelling was hospitalized last month, with pneumonia. The cause of her trip to the hospital was due to stress that's been dragging her to the ground. "I don't deal with stress well," she confessed. "After being in the hospital for two weeks, being away from my kids, that was my rock bottom," she revealed. "Because they weren't even fazed by me being in the hospital. They're used to it. And I don't want them to grow up thinking, 'Mom's sick.' I need to change. I need to prioritize me, and my problem is I put everyone before me."

We are just hoping that Tori and Dean will soon sort things out for the sake of their children and their well-beings.
