Meghan Trainor Covers Justin Bieber's Song 'Mistletoe' and Bieber Tweets Her in Support, Watch Here (VIDEO)

Newly established pop star Meghan Trainor has decided to take on another cover song and this time she went with the holiday theme. She performed Justin Bieber's Christmas song "Mistletoe" live at 1Live. You can check out her performance above.

Justin saw the video and tweeted out his support saying, "Nice job @Meghan_Trainor. #Mistletoe :)" along with a clip of Meghan covering the song.

Trainer has released her latest music video for her new single "Lips Are Movin." The 20-year-old shares to On Air with Ryan Seacrest about the song, "I mean, I wrote about this dude that I worked with at the company and I caught him lying, and I wrote about it in a song with my producer, because he was also [on it]. And we wrote it in eight minutes, man. It was my love song [with] like [a] Sara Bareilles vibe."

Trainor is following up her massive hit song "All About That Bass" that spent eight weeks at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. She was also a part of a record-breaking week on Billboard recently with all Top 5 spots being all female artists. Included in this list along with Meghan was Taylor Swift, Iggy Azalea (featuring Rita Ora), Tove Lo and Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj. This is the first time this has happened in the 56 years that the chart has been keeping records.

Her debut album Title is set to release on January 13 just before the launch of her 2015 'That Bass Tour' which kicks off on February 11th in Vancouver,BC
