The storm's finally over for Jason Aldean and fiancée, Britanny Kerr. The two were caught together at the red carpet of the CMT Artists of the Year at Nashville last December 2. But don't expect this to be their first, and last, appearance together at they seem to be not stopping at all.

The country singer shares with Us Weekly about his seemingly crazy year and his relief that the negative backlash about his relationship with the former NBA dancer has died down. He shares that he will be bringing Kerr to more shows and act like a normal couple after a long time of bad stories.

The couple's relationship was not exactly sunshine and rainbows as the two were revealed to be a couple after Aldean was caught in a more than friendly kiss with Kerr, who was still an American Idol contestant, back in 2012, much more since he was still married to Jessica Ussery whom he has two daughters with. Aldean and Ussery filed for a divorce last April 2013 and got himself engaged with Kerr last September.

Aldean struggled a severe backlash especially from his own fans with his relationship with Kerr for two years as the two struggled to become a normal couple like everyone else

However, he further shares that he is hoping that the upcoming year will be a good year for them to learn more about each other and their relationship despite the hurdles they had to deal with. "I hope to learn a lot in 2015. I'm still learning a lot about everything."

In terms of their upcoming wedding the couple confessed that they haven't accomplished much yet however they hope that they can have a few things started over the holidays.
