And thus, it happened. Peter Pan Live! Aired on NBC on Thursday, December 4 and surprisingly, was trending all over Twitter, for all three hours that it was on.

So, what were the best and unforgettable moments then? Well, here's a quick round up of those who missed the show.

To begin with, the hashtag #PeterPanLive - it's not in the show but it was for the show.

Okay. First stop, the infamous Cock-a-Doodle-Doo! where the title character, played by Allison Williams - came crowing in the small screen with a little pizzazz and razzamatazz doing the chicken-legged dance while singing "I've Gotta Crow" accompanied by delightful matching noises, thus triggering the thought that this won't be a boring night.

And then came the flying that can never be missed out when telling the story of Peter Pan. And yes, Peter, Wendy, John and Michael fled to Neverland! Well, they were attached to wires to make it seem realistic though.

Peter (Allison Williams), Wendy (Taylor Louderman), John (Jake Lucas) and Michael (John Allyn) leapt into the air with the help of a Pixie dust - then out the window, over Big Ben.

Next, the tap dance by the one and only - Captain Hook, played by Christopher Walken. Despite receiving solicited mixed reviews of Walken's performance online, the man could definitely tap dance, bouncing around the deck of his ship.

Let's not also forget the character's (whoever you are) effort of wearing a purple crocodile suit waddling onto the shore.

Towards the end, the sword fight scene was something that the audiences won't forget and might become tomorrow's memes and gifs.

So, what's your favorite part of the show?
