Tori Spelling is Considering Plastic Surgery due to Self-Esteem issues stemming from Dean Mc Dermott’s cheating

The 90210 alum is willing to go under the knife following a self-esteem issue related to her husband's infidelity last year.

In the November 25 episode of True Tori, the Hollywood scion is looking for a way to lift up her spirits and is willing to undergo surgery to fix her C-cup breasts implants. But it would seem, it doesn't stop there.

The 41-year-old star is also considering some other cosmetic procedures to follow suit. She got her implants 15 years ago and did not take action to fix them, until a consultation with Ashkan Ghavami, a plastic surgeon, on her Lifetime reality show, True Tori, saying: "Me going to the doctor is a big step."

According to US weekly, "She hit a rough patch with her self-esteem due to Dean's cheating," the insider tells Us. "She doesn't feel good about herself and wants to do something."

Furthermore, a second source counters Spelling is confident and she will only do the procedure because of health reasons, which were highlighted by Doctor Ghavami upon her consultation and mentioned that "I wouldn't be surprised if you had a little micro-rupture."

In addition to her breasts augmentations, she also had a nose job and might consider Botox fillers and a face-lift, said the first source.
