Arianators will have something to look forward to for this year's Grammy awards as Ariana Grande's been confirmed to be performing for the February 8 show. Recently, the 2015 Grammy commitee announced that there will be more acts aside from veteran, Madonna, and who is better to perform than to have one of the fastest rising pop sensations in the prestigious awards show?

Ariana will be performing with other acts such as AC/DC, Eric Church and Ed Sheeran and this will mark her Grammy performance. Also other first timers would be AC/DC, Church and Sheeran.

Aside from being able to perform her songs in the prestigious musical awards show, Grande will also vie for a couple of awards as she had been nominated for two, namely, Best Pop Due/Group Performance for the song "Bang Bang" with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj and Best Pop Vocal Album for "My Everything".

Her co-performer Ed Sheeran has been nominated for three awards, Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for X and Best Song Written for Visual Media for "I See Fire" which was a song for the second installment of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

It is noted that Grande and Sheeran are pitting against each other for one award.

Meanwhile, Church is nominated for four awards which are Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song for "Give Me Back My Hometown", Best Country Album for The Outsiders and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Raise 'Em Up" with Keith Urban.

The Grammys will take place in the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Coincidentally, it will be held two days before Madonna's new single, "Living for Love" will be out. "Living for Love" is the lead track for her upcoming album, "Rebel Heart".
