Britney Spears’ Dog Hannah Has 59.1 K Twitter Followers

Hannah Spears is a young female brown terrier. When Britney Spears adopted Hannah, the pop diva tweeted her arrival at the Spears household to her more than 22 million followers on Twitter. She wrote: "I want you all to meet my new little baby girl @hannahspears < 3 How cute is she?!?!"

Later, Britney set up a separate Twitter account for Hannah. The dog's Twitter bio simply reads, "I'm Britney's Bitch." Hannah's first tweet was "Woof!" Her next tweet reads: "Should I wear a bow? Mom says I'm a princess & that I need a bow." Currently, Hannah's Twitter page has 59.1 thousand followers. The dog's latest tweet, posted January 22, says: "Mommy's up for @PopCrush's Fan Choice Award for her @WomensHealthMag! Polls close 2/17. Let's see those votes!"

Aside from Hannah, Britney also has other dogs including a Yorkshire Terrier named London, two Chihuahuas named Bit Bit and Lucky, and a dog of undisclosed breed named Lacy Loo.

Back in January 2013, Hannah was given a second lease on life. She became deathly ill and had to be brought to the bet for the third time in her young life. Reportedly, the dog was found "listless, eyes half shut, not responding to voices, not eating and having trouble breathing." It happened at about the same that Britney herself was having a very bad week at that time, having just broken up with her fiance Jason Trawick and following her quitting from X Factor. In any event, thanks to her mommy's money with which to pay for the vet's bills, Hannah did manage to pull through.

Incidentally, a TMZ report in September of last year said that Britney spent a total of $31,234.15 on her dogs, of which $1,585 went on clothes and $5,205 on dog-sitting and related expenses.
