Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has yet to improve according to reports.

Family - including her father Bobby Brown and wife Alice along with her grandmother - and friends are spending bedside vigil to legendary Whitney Houston's daughter at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nick Gordon, Bobbi's husband has yet to return from the day Bobbi was rushed to the hospital. New reports had surfaced that the couple was actually not married after all.

Bobbi Kristina allegedly had injuries on her body when she was found on Jan. 31. Police are reportedly looking into Nick, as they suspect foul play. "Bobbi and Nick have a terrible relationship. Her friends and family have worried about how Nick treated her for years. The family worried he was emotionally abusive. Bobbi's friends and family tried to get her to leave Nick, as they feared he was a bad influence. They worried he was controlling and everyone felt like he was just with her for the money," a source tells HollywoodLife.

Bobbi Kristina inherited her mother, Whitney Houston's, $20 million fortune when she passed away in 2012. Bobbi Kristina reportedly received 10 percent (approximately $2 million) when she turned 21 in 2014. Another 15 percent is to be given to her when she turns 25 and the remainder will be handed to her at 30.

"Bobbi always contemplated leaving Nick every few months. But they had been tight since they were kids, so she felt dependent on him. Before the accident, she was close to finally cutting him out of her life for good. She was talking about moving to California to make a fresh start and follow in her mother's footsteps," our source adds.
