Jamie Dornan, 32, who plays Christian Grey in the film adaptation of the E.L. James erotic novel reportedly won't star in any sequel to Fifty Shades of Grey because his wife doesn't want him to. According to GQ, "Dornan's wife, Amelia Warner, feels deeply weirded out by watching her husband do all that sex stuff." In fact, so does he. In an interview with USA Today, the actor said: "She doesn't want to watch this. She wants to support me and my work. I won't be able to sit there myself.  I am not going to put any pressure on her either way. It's her decision. She's well aware that it's pretend, but it's probably not that comfortable to watch. There's quite a long shot of my (butt). I wasn't hugely comfortable with it when I watched it. That's my bum. Still my bum. Wow."

Nonetheless, a representative for Dornan in a statement to DailyMailOnline said: "All press reports [that the actor won't be returning to the franchise film series] are pure conjecture as the studio has not committed to a sequel as yet." However, although still unconfirmed by the studio, director Sam Taylor-Johnson did tell the audience at the February 6 screening in New York that the second and third books in E.L. James' "Fifty Shades of Grey" series, "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed," will also be adapted for the big screen. According to IBTimes, James, as well as the film's stars, Dakota Johnson (Anastasia "Ana" Steele) and Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey), were also present for the reveal of the upcoming planned sequels. The Fifty Shades Darker movie adaptation is speculated to be released in 2016.

Based on Sunday's estimate, according to Cineplex, Fifty Shades of Grey earned $23.2 million at No. 1 in its second weekend at the box office, plus an additional $68.1 million overseas. The film previously broke box office records with its $85 million three-day debut take over President's Day weekend.
