It is all part of the game when someone drops a spoiler for a popular television series but it is a big deal if one of the main cast members dropped the bomb just like what happened for HBO's hit series, Game of Thrones.

According to ABC News, during an interview with Popsugar, Dinklage, who plays the role of Tyrion, slipped a not-so discreet type of spoiler. Will his character survive to the end of season five? Apparently so! The actor confirms during the interview that the cast and crew are well on their way to filming season six of the series. "..I guess I just did a spoiler that I don't die this season," ABC quotes Dinklage.

Dinklage's drop can prove to be a huge sigh of relief to several of his fans especially given that he had even asked the creator if his character dies in the upcoming season five. For fans who have followed the books during the course of the show will know that the television show's plot line has then deviated from the books leaving several wondering on what will happen for their favorite characters in the upcoming season.

So far in anticipation of the fifth season, spoilers are cropping out from everywhere especially about the fifth season's first episode aptly titled as, "The Wars to Come". We know that there will be dragons, Cersei having a flashback to her childhood thanks to Tywin Lannister's death and possibly another character's death. The last one is yet to be confirmed but hey, it is Game of Thrones after all.

The HBO hit is an adaptation of the book series by George R.R Martin named Song of Ice and Fire and will premiere on April 12.
