While it will take some time before the Starz time traveler series returns on TV, a new report explores the possible complications in Jamie and Claire's relationship with the addition of new women in Jamie's life.

"Outlander" Season 3 spoilers are noting on the possible complications in Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire's (Caitriona Balfe) relationship brought by the new women in Jamie's life. The third season of the Starz drama is based on Diana Gabaldon's third book entitled "Voyager" so some viewers already have an idea of what they can expect in the upcoming season.

In "Voyager," Jamie and Claire will be spending 20 years apart and this means that they will be having their own respective partners in the time they spent apart, reports Vulture. Claire will be married to Frank (Tobias Menzies) while Jamie will have several women surrounding him in "Outlander" Season 3.

First, there is Laoghaire, who was introduced in Season 2 and she will continue to try to win Jamie's heart in "Outlander" Season 3. Jamie will also have a local widow offer herself to him before he goes to prison, a woman who will ask him to take her virginity before she gets married and another woman who asks him to marry her.

In a separate interview with the same publication, Caitriona Balfe explained that 20 years changes things in Jamie and Claire's relationship. Despite the difficulties they may go through in "Outlander" Season 3, Balfe promised that their passion will "still run very, very hot" once they get over their issues.

"Outlander" Season 3 is currently filming in South Africa and production will continue for several months, according to EW. This means that the third season will premiere in September.

While many fans may be disappointed with the delay in "Outlander" Season 3 release date, Starz President Carmi Zlotnik explained the reason behind the delayed premiere. According to Zlotnik. Gabaldon's third book is "immense;" thus, requiring longer time to tell the story.
