Mischa Barton Claims Her Nude Pictures Is An Act of Revenge Porn From Ex-Boyfriends

Mischa Barton is reported to win restraining order against two ex-boyfriends. She said one of them tried to disclose and sold her sex videos and nude photos.

The British-American actress has been granted the restraining order against Jon Zacharias and Adam Shaw on Tuesday, March 14 according to TMZ. She had filed a police report soon after the news broke out that someone tried to sell a sex tape and nude pictures of her for $500,000. She believed the perpetrator is one of those guys.

In a news conference, Barton said that she started to date Zacharias in October. Afterward, he started to take intimate relationship video of them and also her naked picture without her consent. Later on, she found out that Zacharias dated her because of her fame.

She broke up with him subsequently and dating Zacharias' friend Shaw. It turned out, according to her statement, Shaw was also a bad guy who took advantage of her and even forged her signature on checks. Barton also said that Shaw tried to copy her picture from Zacharias computer.

The 31-year-old actress then dumped Shaw. After a while, a news broke out that someone tried to sell her sex video and photos for $500,000. Barton suspected one of them are the perpetrator, so she filed a police report requesting a restraining order.

Following her police report, the judge ordered the two men to stay away from Miss Barton. Judge also prohibited them from selling, distributing or showing any of the videos or photos related to her.

Barton said that she was the victim of revenge porn, conducted by one of those men. Her attorney Lisa Bloom compare the selling of her sex tape as similar to sexual assault, as reported by Daily Mirror. She said that revenge porn is illegal in the state of California.
