"Guardians of the Galaxy 2" is making the right kind of noises, with Chris Pratt making over-the-top claims about the movie. In his recent social media post, he claimed that the movie may just be the greatest movie in history.

In a long Facebook post last Wednesday, Chris Pratt listed all the things that make "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" the greatest movie in history, Hollywood Reporter noted. The "Starlord" seemed to be making the right noises to hype up fans. In his boyish enthusiasm, he said that the film has an over-the-scale rating on Rotten Tomatoes, even claiming that the second volume is better than "Citizen Kane." Pratt's enthusiasm seemed to be working its magic on fans according to Screenrant.

"Guardians of the Galaxy 2" may have seen several TV spots and trailers but Marvel is just getting started with its marketing for the film. Earlier on, director James Gunn posted the IMAX poster for the second volume, which Chris Pratt also posted on Facebook along with his lengthy and exaggerated description of his next film. His infectious joy about the film is very apparent in the way he promotes it, even signing off as "Starlord" at the end of his post.

While Chris Pratt's words pretty much promise an amazing film, they don't really reveal any concrete plot details. However, "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" released its official runtime, landing as the fourth longest Marvel movie of all time, Slash Film reported. The film will run 122 minutes (2 hours and 2 minutes), making the sequel 15 minutes longer than its first installment. This only makes sense when there are a lot of characters and plot details to develop.

This news comes after several stills and sneak peeks at the visual effects of "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" were released. The sequel will hit the theaters on May 5, 2017.
