Charlie Hunnam and Morgana McNelis have been together for many years and the couple are no strangers to engagement and wedding rumors. In a recent interview, the 36-year-old actor shared his thoughts on marriage and his career plans after settling down.

Charlie Hunnam and longtime girlfriend Morgana McNelis have been making the headlines for years over engagement and wedding rumors. The couple has been together for years and this has kept many fans wondering whether the couple has any plans of settling down anytime soon.

In a recent interview with the Sunday Mirror, the "Sons of Anarchy" actor explained that he has to rethink his career if he and McNelis will get married, according to nwi.com. According to Hunnam, when he did his role for the FX drama as Jax Teller, he spent seven years playing the role and doing a film in between each season of the show.

Hunnam explained that if he and McNelis were to start thinking of their family plans, then he needs to "figure out a way to balance that a little bit more effectively." The "Lost City of Z" actor shared that he and McNelis did not communicate for months while filming the movie.

McNelis initially thought that the emerald he gave to her was "reductive" of the sacrifice she did during the months until she watched Hunnam's latest movie. MailOnline also notes that Hunnam stated in an interview that he does not like doing kiss scenes in movies.

According to the "Pacific Rim" actor, he only likes sharing kisses with his girlfriend, McNelis. Hunan confessed to being a germaphobe and admitted that he is uncomfortable with sex scenes because he knows his boundaries and he is committed to his relationship.
